Weight Vests Are The Future!

Hey everyone! I had a really good day of training today. The run felt great, I felt really strong and didn't really get tired. When I got to the gym I started messing around with the weight vest, I did 10 wall ball, 5 butterfly pull ups, 1 handstand push up, and a muscle up. The muscle up was by far the most difficult followed by the handstand push up in a very close second. Then I decided to do the workout with the vest on. This made the workout incredibly challenging, I might just make a habit out of that :D.
