Heavy Jerks And a 5K

Hey everybody, this is the second time I've typed this out because Blogger is JAMMIN me! Like I was saying before, the workout this morning was really good. Lifting heavy like that, that early in the morning really takes it out of me. After work I hit the 5K loop. It was a good run and I felt strong for the most part. My calves and ankles were really feeling those sprints yesterday. After the run I hung around the gym and did some mobility work on the foam roller and a lacrosse ball.
