SPRINTS!



Hey everybody! Sprints are the word of the day! I did sprints at 6:30 in the morning and went back nearly 12 hours later and did some more. Afterwards I did a quick workout of 2 muscle ups, 2 handstand push ups, 4 chest to bar pull ups and 10 double unders. It was a good quick little workout and I really enjoyed it. I'm excited to workout tomorrow! I'll see you guys then!
