Deadlifts and Weight Vest Running!(Part 2)

Hey everybody, welcome to part 2 for the day! I had a really good day of training, I'm really tired but I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I wanted to see if I could run the 2 miles with the weight vest, and I was able to do that with great success and I'm probably going to make a habit out of that. Jiu Jitsu was a lot of fun and a lot of hard work. We did a lot of drills and practiced a lot of escapes. While we were practicing escapes, I made sure I was paired with the biggest and most skilled guys in there. It was a lot of fun, and I'm exhausted. I'll see you guys tomorrow!
