SealFit on a Rest Day

Hey everybody! I'm feeling pretty good on my rest day! I did a lot of mobility work on my shins last night; as a result, I can walk now! Thank god for foam rollers and lacrosse balls! Below is a video from Rogue Fitness and SealFit. This particular video has a lesson in mental toughness.
