Hey everybody! I had a good day of training today. The workout this morning was 21-15-9 of wall ball with a 20 lb. ball and snatches with 75 lbs. After work I went back to the gym and did 6 rounds of 800 meter sprints on the rower with 90 seconds rest in between each round. I didn't get a chance to edit the video, so I will get that up for you guys tomorrow. Until then I leave you with the link to SealFit 5!
