Rest Day

Hey everybody! Just a quick update. Not to much going on other then lots and lots of training and schoolwork. I have just about a week and a half left of training before I go claim my gold medal at Grapplers Quest. I'm really looking forward to being back in the nice and warm Las Vegas weather. Winter has finally come in Flagstaff, Arizona. It has become that time of year when it's hard to get motivated to go outside much less go train. Lucky for me I am motivated by my massive list of goals that need to be accomplished. I leave you with Rob Orlando doing an epic one handed power snatch. Enjoy your day!
